To make a return, email support@audeze.com , and supply your product's serial number and a brief reason for return. We'll process the return request and send you an RMA number and shipping instructions as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping on ALL orders of new, direct-sale products including cables and accessories, to customers in the USA; including HAWAII and ALASKA. If you purchase from outside the USA, your warranty service, if needed, must be done in the USA.
